*No need to RSVP, just make sure your batch is closed the evening before you would like to pick up.* Early Barcode Pick-up dates will be emailed and posted on social media. We strongly encourage consignors to label their items at home, this can save time at consignor drop off. We will have several opportunities for you to pick up your labels leading up to the sale. Dates and times are posted in the consignor guide and will be shared via email and social media.
We encourage consignors to label their items at home but we understand that not everyone is able to pick up their labels. Click the link above to register for your labels to be mailed directly to you! The Postage Fee will be taken out of your consignor check, no need to pay ahead of time. You can also include consignor supplies if needed. complete that quick form too!
We have an Amazon storefront that has pretty much all of the supplies you could possibly need! We also have packs of string tags, safety pins, and zipties available to buy at every early barcode label pickup, marketing day, and while we are setting up at the store.
We offer In-Store Check In Appointments to consignors so you don't need to wait in line! This will guarantee a reserved table and employee to aid you in checking your items into the sale. We will still accommodate walk-ins, but appointments are STRONGLY recommended![sign up coming soon]
Sign up to drop off your items using our convenient Drop 'N Go service. You pull up to our location, we unload, and place your items on our sales floor. Items MUST be organized and pre-labeled. Items also MUST be marked DISCOUNT ALL and DONATE ALL. This service is free. [sign up coming soon]

We are looking for friendly moms, dads, or grandparents who love organizing and helping people to join our event staff! This is a fun way to help your community, meet new friends, AND earn the ability to SHOP FIRST at Rhea Lana's!
Shop with the dollars you usually receive at the end of the sale. Simply show us your "check sales" dollars and picture ID at the register and we will deduct it from your consignor check! (note - you cannot shop with consignor credit until we open to the public)
